The Al2O3 content of Chinese fireclay bricks is generally above 40%, while the Fe2O3 content is less than 2.0 ~ 2.5%.At high temperature, the clay brick is slightly acidic and has a slightly lower resistance to alkaline slag, but increases with the increase of Al2O3 content. The thermal stability is better than that of silicon brick and magnesium brick.
